Garuda on Chariot

I had never seen Garuda taken on a chariot.... In fact I hadn't even known that Garuda was worshipped anywhere.... There was this Jaatra / local Fair happening in Shrirangapattana( near Mysore).

The procession was nearing its end, when we saw it.
